Unlike traditional listing estate agents where the emphasis is on the sale of a property I specialize in finding the perfect property for my buyers. I offer independent, balanced and impartial advice on all aspects of Spanish property purchase. An important aspect of my work is to find my clients the RIGHT property in the RIGHT area. I invest the time so you don’t have to.

My role is to ensure that the buyer is represented throughout the entire process. No client of Costa Property Consultant will enter into an agreement unless it is in their best interest and the property must have all of the relevant searches carried out by an independent lawyer.

Three Simple Steps to Finding Your Ideal Spanish Property

Step 1 – I will take a detailed brief to ensure that I know exactly what you want in your Spanish property. You explain and I LISTEN. In the event that we are not able to carry out a face-to-face meeting then scheduled video conferences or FaceTime are very helpful. We will discuss your ideas and objectives. You can benefit from advice based on my years of experience in Spanish real estate and local knowledge.

Step 2 – With my extensive local networks of reputable real estate agents, banks, builders and locals I am able to research current properties both on and off market, to suit your criteria. I ensure that all of the properties offered to my clients are 100% legal and have title deeds. I will pre-view suitable properties on your behalf, provide you with property reports, photos and where ever possible I will offer a walk through video footage of the property. Together we can discuss the pros and cons of each property coming up with a shortlist. Sometimes we do need to go back to the drawing board as initial requirements may alter during the search.

We also offer a unique video walk-through service, if required, allowing you to see exactly what the property is like without leaving your armchair, saving you time and effort, and allowing you to be as sure as you can be that the property you do visit could be your dream home

Step 3 – When you are ready I will schedule and accompany you on viewings to the shortlisted properties. I will guide you around so that you get a good feel and a greater understanding of the area to help you make the RIGHT decision. Then I will handle those critical purchase negotiations or your behalf.

Fees

Initial non-refundable registration fee of €600 (plus VAT if applicable) payable on the signing of our Property Finder Mandate, Terms and Conditions.

My fee for successfully finding and assisting you with your property purchase will be 2,5% (plus VAT) of the final agreed purchase price.
